Menopause awareness training is designed for all employees. This includes individuals experiencing the menopause, those looking to help support colleagues, and those who would benefit from a better understanding of the menopause to contribute to employee culture.

This course takes approximately 25-30 minutes to complete.

Course aims

The aim of the menopause course is to raise understanding of the menopause and how it should be considered in the workplace.

By the end of the course employees will be able to:

  • Understand that symptoms can vary between individuals.

  • Explain how menopause symptoms can affect somebody at work.

  • Understand an employer’s and employee’s responsibilities relating to the menopause.

  • Explain what reasonable adjustments an employer can make in the workplace.
